Let me start by saying I have never got a perm before and I was very scared to get one and end up looking like Annie.... Mel blew my expectations out the door with this look and helping me figure out how to take care of it. I told her I didn’t want to look like Annie and she promised me I wouldn’t! She is a very personable lady and very fun to talk to and very experienced. She did an incredible job of explaining every step of the way, recommending products and even how to apply them. After it was said and done and I absolutely fell in love with it. She showed me how to put some product in my hair and even a fancy way to style it if I wanted to.
